Yeah, I totally understand... I, too, would leave if it weren't for all the connections I already had on LJ. When they changed how ads work on basic accounts in exactly the way that a poll of the userbase said they didn't want, that came pretty close to being the last straw.
I've already set up and tested the cross-post thingamabob and it appears to work, so...yeah.
